Outdoors for All Expo
Exhibitor Guide
Welcome to Paddlefest! We’re glad you’ll be joining us for the Outdoors for All Expo the evening before the paddle.
Please familiarize yourself with the details of the event.
Date: Friday, August 2
Location: Schmidt Recreation Complex (2944 Humbert Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45226).
Parking: Enter on St. Peter and follow the road past the boat house until the park is on your right. There are parking spaces near the expo reserved for exhibitors to make unloading and loading easy. Please don’t park on the grass within the exhibit area.
Setup: 2:30 - 4:00 pm (Kids Zone exhibitors see below)
Exhibiting hours: 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm. Music at the expo will run until 9:30 pm, but exhibitors can tear down beginning at 8:30 pm.
The Kids Zone is located under three oak trees next to the playground on the river side of the park. Kids Zone activities run 5:00 - 7:30 pm. Kids Zone exhibitors should be set up by 4:45 pm, but are welcome to set up early.
Equipment: A six-foot table will be provided for all exhibitors; tents will be provided to exhibitors who reserved one. There is no electrical access at the Expo.
There is water at the west end of the park. Bathrooms are located in the boat house.
Site map: Below is the expo site map which will give you a general idea of where your exhibit space is within the park. Your name will be displayed on the table in your booth space. Exhibitor placement is subject to change.
