Pick Your Paddle

We offer two paddling distances. Explore the full course on our 9.0 mi paddle or opt for shorter adventure on our half distance paddle. Both paddling routes start at Schmidt Recreation Complex.

 
 

Paddlefest classic / 9.0 MI paddle

Enjoy the full Paddlefest route through downtown with optional tour of the Mill Creek and take out at Gilday Riverside Park.

paddlefest mini / 4.5 MI paddle

Half the distance but just as fun, our 4.5 mi paddle concludes at the Public Landing. Sponsored by Cincinnati MINI.

Note: Paddlefest is a non-refundable, non-rescheduled event.

Rates

Register early to get the best deal on Paddlefest. Registration will open in March. Note: The rates below are to participate in the paddle; they DO NOT include rental boats. Racer registration rates and details here.

 
 

9.0 mile rates


Mar-Apr 30 — $55/adult
May 1-July 26 — $65/adult
July 27-Aug. 2 (on-site) — $75/adult

Registration for 9.0 mile youth paddlers is always $25.

4.5 mile rates


Mar-Apr 30 — $50/adult
May 1-July 26 — $60/adult
July 27-Aug. 2 (on-site) — $70/adult

Registration for 4.5 mile youth paddlers is always $20.

Registration Policies

  1. No refunds are permitted.

  2. Participants may switch paddling distance. To change your registration, contact info@ohioriverpaddlefest.org.

  3. Participants may transfer their registration to someone else by contacting info@ohioriverpaddlefest.org by the first Friday in July. Any payment, reimbursement, or exchange of funds associated with a transferred entry must take place between the two individuals involved. Paddlefest does not facilitate the payment between two parties. 

  4. Deferrals are not offered for Paddlefest.

  5. We offer four packet pick-up events. Participants unable to pick up their own paddler packet may have someone pick up their packet for them.
